Overview
Before using the Generic Integration panel within a Logic+ flow, an integration must first be configured in the Sharpen Admin interface. The Integrations page serves as the foundation for connecting to external APIs by defining the base URL and authentication method that Logic+ will use when making API calls. Once an integration is set up, it can be referenced across any Logic+ flow through the Generic Integration panel.
Prerequisites
Administrator access to the Integrations feature is required before proceeding. To verify your access:
Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Integrations.
If Integrations does not appear in the dropdown menu, contact the Sharpen Care team to request that the feature be enabled on your account.
Creating a New Integration
Navigate to Admin > Configuration > Integrations.
Click Add Integration in the upper-right corner.
Select Generic as the integration type.
