Overview
The Send Email panel sends an email from within your Logic+ flow according to the settings you configure. It can be used at any point in a flow to notify recipients, deliver information, or trigger follow-up communication automatically.
Before You Begin
To get the most out of this panel, consider using interaction variables in your email content. Variables allow the subject line, body, and recipient address to be populated dynamically at runtime, making each email specific to the interaction. This is especially useful for things like confirmation emails, personalized follow-ups, or alerts that include context from earlier in the flow.
See Available Predefined Variables for a full list of variables you can reference.
Example Use Case
A Logic+ flow handles inbound customer support requests. After gathering the caller's name, issue type, and contact information, the flow uses a Send Email panel to automatically notify the support team with a summary. The email subject and body are built using interaction variables, so each notification arrives with the relevant caller details already filled in — no manual entry required.
