Overview
The Disconnect panel terminates a call at a defined point in your Logic+ flow. It is used in scenarios where ending the call is the appropriate outcome — such as after playing a closure prompt, handling a blocklisted caller, or reaching the end of a self-service interaction with no further action required.
Before You Begin
The Disconnect panel is intentionally simple, its job is to end the call cleanly. Because it has no settings beyond the standard panel fields, the most important consideration is placement. Make sure any final actions (such as playing a closing message, logging data, or sending a notification) happen in the panels leading up to it, as no further panels will execute after the call is disconnected.
Example Use Case
A Logic+ flow plays an after-hours closure message to callers who reach the IVR outside of business hours. After the Play Message panel finishes, the flow connects to a Disconnect panel to end the call cleanly rather than leaving the caller in silence or routing them to an unintended path.
