What are Call Records?
Call Records allow you to review the calls that have been made & received on your account.

Why would I use Call Records?
Call Records are great for several reasons. You can see when someone called, how long the conversation was, and how they arrived in the system. You can also listen to Call Records if they have been recorded.

How do I use the Call Record Filter?
When using the Call Record Filter, simply select the Start & End Date for the time period you wish to review. You may also enter the Source # (Phone number or Extension that originated the call) and the Destination # (Phone number, extension, or feature that received the call).

How do I listen to a recorded call?
If a call was recorded there will be a "Listen" link underneath the "Playback" column. Click this and a playback bar will appear. You may also right click on the playback bar and select "Save Audio As..." to save the recording.
