Hub

The Hub is a way to view all of the extensions, ring groups, and queues within your company. 

To view the Hub, you must first log in to your app.sharpencx.com account as an end user. Click on the ‘Applications’ tab and select ‘Hub’.
 

 

The Hub will change colors based off of what the user is doing on the phone.

Green- User is on a phone call

Orange- Call is incoming and has not yet been answered

Yellow- User has a call placed on hold

Red- User is recording the phone conversation

The ‘Hub’ page allows you to view all of the contacts within your company, drag & drop calls, and also allows you to view the different ring groups and call queues. The Hub also allows you to listen to a call or add an extension to a queue by placing your mouse on a particular extension number and selecting the action you would like to perform.
