How do I add new Call Classifications to Sharpen Connect?
- Login to the Sharpen Portal
- Select “Admin”
- Hover over “Configurations”
- Select “Classifications”
- Type in the new name
- Select the call disposition type (Type or End)
- Select “Connect”
Select "Save" bottom right corner
This new classification will now be displayed as a call type once the Sharpen Connect is reloaded.
