Call Classifications - Connect

How do I add new Call Classifications to Sharpen Connect?
 

  1. Login to the Sharpen Portal
  2. Select “Admin”
  3. Hover over “Configurations”
  4. Select “Classifications”
  5. Type in the new name
  6. Select the call disposition type (Type or End)
  7. Select “Connect”

Select "Save" bottom right corner
This new classification will now be displayed as a call type once the Sharpen Connect is reloaded.
