Call Records are used to view call history and basic call statistics.
How do I View Call Records?
- Login to the Sharpen Portal as an Admin
- Navigate to Configuration > Call Records
- Use the filters at the top of the page to filter records by start and end date, source phone number, and destination phone number.
- Use Command + F (MAC Users) or Control + F (Windows Users) as a search tool to easily find records displayed on the current page.
