What is the Sound Files page?
The sound files page allows Sharpen admins to view the entire list of sound files that are saved to a company account. Only administrators have this permission and the ability to view company-wide files.

As an Admin, you also have the ability to delete a sound file by hovering your mouse to the right of the file's row, under the section that says 'Delete'.

There are two main places where you can upload a sound file:
  1. Admin > Configuration > Music on Hold
  2. Admin > Configuration > Auto Attendant > Announcement
