Configuration Tab: Time Controls

The time control allows you to take and/or redirect calls during select hours of the day. (When the office is on lunch, after hours, etc.)  Browse current time controls, or create a new time control.

Create a New Time Control

  1. Name the time control
  2. Select a time control group (These groups are made in the time control setup.) 
  3. Fill out time control information and direct calls according to different call scenarios (Conditions have been met or have not been met.)
