Dashboard

When you login to Sharpen your dashboard will appear. The dashboard gives you ready-access to profile information, call status, inbound call routing and your contact directory. You can see incoming calls on the dashboard. An orange bar will appear under the 'incoming calls' bar, near the top of the page. From there you can easily drag an incoming call to another extension. From the dashboard you can also manage your settings.
