How To: Drag & Drop a Call

This article is purposed to show how to transfer a call on your Sharpen account by way of Drag&Drop.

  • To start, log into your Sharpen account.
  • Once inside of Sharpen, choose the 'Applications' tab and then select 'Hub'

  • Inside the receptionist page will be a list of all of the extensions for your company
  • If you have a incoming call, it will appear in an orange bar under the 'Incoming Calls' bar.

  • If you wish to transfer the call to another extension within your company, you can drag the orange call bar down to any extension that you wish. However, when you drag a call you must take it to the blue bar underneath the extension photo(shown below), and the call will be transferred.

  • When the call is transferred it will take the 'call path' of whatever the transferred extension has chosen.
