What is Sharpen Support is NOT:
We are not an IT company. We do not provide local area network (LAN) support, we only support our devices and services. These are issues that must be resolved with the network carrier themselves. We do not want to risk making a change to your LAN network, as we are not professionals in that field, and our SLA's do not cover LAN. However, we do work with clients to get them in the right hands. We will help them find the people that can be of the most (and appropriate) help and/or work with the client's IT company to ensure that issues are being taken care of.
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, & 365 days a year.
