4 Reasons To Temporarily Forward Numbers

4 Reasons to temporarily forward numbers until port completes:
  1. Allows the new end user to use the phones sooner. Actually having the phones used on a day-to-day basis, not just a few outbound calls, allows for better testing and additional training.
  2. If the phones are being used everyday the complete call flow will be setup and be fully tested.
  3. If there is a serious problem (LAN issues) the forward can always be easily removed until the issue is resolved. Will be aware of the issue a head of time and have it corrected before the FOC date.
  4. Utilizing forwarding helps us to better prepare in instances where we are re-provisioning phones from a different carrier. We have had issues in the past due to the previous carrier locking out the phones.
